The Kansas State Fair Board has voted to continue its partnership with Wichita-based branding agency, the Greteman Group.
The $175,000 contract encompasses campaign development, marketing, public relations, media planning/buying and statewide promotion coordination throughout the year. It also includes hands-on
Newspapers, TV and radio stations throughout the state continue to be extremely supportive of the fair, offering value-added pricing, special promotions and ongoing coverage. "We couldn't do it without our media partners," says Greteman.
Attendance for the 2009 fair reached 350,856, an increase of 10 percent over the previous year.
