Final Voting on 'Wonders of Commerce' Is Tuesday

Eight winners will be chosen from 24 finalists.

The public has until next Tuesday at midnight to choose the winners of the 8 Wonders of Kansas Commerce by voting for their favorites among 24 business finalists. The contest is sponsored by the Kansas Sampler Foundation.

The public can vote online at or call 620-585-2374 for a paper ballot or pick up a ballot at any finalist business location. The top eight will be announced before the end of March.

To date, more than 45 states and eight foreign countries are represented in the 6,500 votes.

The project is designed to help educate the public about Kansas.
